Option A: Caird Hall Dorm (Onsite)

Overnight accommodations are available on the campus of Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Single and Double accommodations are available in Caird Hall:

Cost: Single occupancy- $59.72 per night. Double occupancy- $119.44 per night.

Caird Hall is a residence hall with single and double occupancy rooms. Default rooming will be single, if you prefer a double occupancy room, register and pay for 2 people and request “double occupancy” in the Special Request area. Caird has shared hall style bathrooms on each floor.
All rooms are airconditioned with elevator access.

Pricing is per person, per room plus taxes and fees, payable in advance at time of reservation.

Accommodations are available for any and all nights between July 5 and July 9, 2025.

A Breakfast Meal Plan option is also available for all attendees. Breakfast is not provided with the conference registration.

The CDS Conference Special Rate for Fairfield Inn & Suites Geneva Finger Lakes is extended until May 12, 2025 at midnight (two months before conference).

If you plan to stay on July 5th and also any days between July 6th and 10th, you will need to submit two reservations – one reservation for July 5th only and one for the rest of your stay.
